Abstract

|
This study was intended to find out a method of relieving discomfort caused by menstruation. Therapeutic massage and aroma therapy were used as treatment. The study tested female menstrual pain, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), attitude towards menstruation, and stress. Each element of the test was measured by VAS, MDQ, AMS, and SRI respectively. The result showed that the four categories of the test had statistically significant p value (<0.05). However, additional research is needed for menstrual stress.
